The state has rested in the Andrew Jondahl trial.
Day three of the Jondahl trial saw testimony from South Dakota DCI agents Isaac Voss and Brian Larson before the state rested their case.
The defense then recalled Yankton Police Department Detective, Jericho Osborne, who testified Tuesday.
The defense is set to rest first thing Thursday morning, followed by closing arguments and jury instructions.
