Rhoden Proposes Bill that Would Make Disruption of Religious Worship a Felony

Governor Larry Rhoden has introduced Senate Bill 113, which would make the disruption of religious worship a felony.

Rhoden says the bill will safeguard every South Dakotan’s right to worship freely.

Rhoden says the bill is a response to recent events in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Rhoden introduced the bill at his weekly legislative press conference Friday.
