Yankton Bucks and Gazelles Basketball returns to the court tonight to host the Harrisburg Tigers in a Class AA doubleheader.
The Gazelles enter the game 1-0 after last Friday’s 61-10 win over Sioux Falls Lincoln. Tonight’s game is the season opener for the Bucks.

Mount Marty Men’s and Women’s Basketball travels to Forest City, Iowa, tomorrow to take on Waldorf in a GPAC doubleheader.
The Lancers are coming off mixed results in their last doubleheader, as the men won 91-87 in overtime while the women lost 82-61.

Yankton Bucks and Gazelles Wrestling split their dual with Rapid City Stevens last night in Rapid City.
The Bucks defeated the Raiders 48-26. Griffin Bender (106), Zane Portillo (157), Shayce Platt (175), CorBin Sayler (190), Peyton Eustace (215) and Edly Amaro (285) all won by pinfall, with Evan Jackman (138) and Max Eichenberger (165) adding decision victories.
The Gazelles fell 45-24 despite going 3-3 in individual matches. Alexis Brenden (120), Jaclyn Kyte (135), and Winry Yaggie (145) all won by pinfall. Stevens picked up 5 victories due to forfeit.
Both teams are set to compete in the two-day Rapid City Invitational, beginning today at The Monument in Rapid City.

Events are scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM. This will be the Lancers’ final event of 2025, with their next competition scheduled for January 10th, 2026.
The South Dakota Coyotes travel to Missoula, Montana, tomorrow to take on the Montana Grizzlies in the FCS Playoff Quarterfinals.
The Coyotes have looked dominant in the postseason, outscoring Drake and Mercer a combined 85-17.
Kickoff is scheduled for 2:30 PM on Saturday.
