Governor Kristi Noem held another press conference in Sioux City Monday morning to discuss the rising water and flooding in Southeastern South Dakota.
Noem says that the James River in Yankton County is now expected to crest on Wednesday.
Noem also provided an update the flood damages in North Sioux City.
