Yankton Bucks Basketball has their final home game of the season tonight, as they host Watertown inside the Summit Activities Center.

This matchup between Yankton and Watertown was originally scheduled to take place on January 12th but was postponed due to inclement weather.

Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 PM this evening, with pregame coverage on KYNT and KYNTV beginning at 6:30. Bryce Ladwig will be on the call.

Yankton Gazelles Basketball is on the road tonight for their final ESD conference matchup against the Watertown Arrows.

Mount Marty Men’s Basketball will celebrate senior night tomorrow night, as they wrap up their season at home against Midland.

Midland defeated the Lancer men 92 to 65 when the two teams last met on January 17th. Jared Lopez was MMU’s leading scorer on that day with 28 points.

Tomorrow night’s game will be held immediately following the women’s game which begins at 6:00 PM. Pregame coverage for the doubleheader begins at 5:15 on KYNT and KYNTV with Tehl Tanner on the call.

Mount Marty Women’s Basketball will celebrate senior night against Midland tomorrow night, in what is the penultimate game of the season for Mount Marty.

Midland defeated Mount Marty in Fremont, Nebraska 60 to 54 earlier this year. The Lancers were led by Jadyn Jensen during that game, as she had a team-high 12 points.

Tipoff is scheduled for 6:00 PM tomorrow, with pregame coverage on KYNT and KYNTV beginning at 5:15. Tehl Tanner will be on the call.

Mount Marty Baseball dropped two games to Saint Ambrose University yesterday afternoon, ending their 4-game series at 2 and 2.

The Lancers fell 2 to 1 in game one, with Cade Sudbeck scoring the lone run of the game as a pinch runner. MMU lost game two 9 to 4 to round out the series. Joe Gokie went 2 for 3 at the plate with 2 runs scored in the loss.

The Lancers will play their first home games of the season on Saturday, as they host Mayville State University for a doubleheader at Riverside Field.

The Yankton Quarterback Club will host their weekly meeting at noon tomorrow at the River Rock Event Center on Broadway. 

This week’s featured guest speakers are Yankton High School Head Softball Coach Jill Muth, Mount Marty Head Softball Coach Kayla Bryant, and Mount Marty Head Baseball Coach Josh Teichroew (Ty-crow).

The Cedar Catholic Trojans and Crofton Warriors Boys’ Basketball teams open up Subdistrict C2-8 play tonight in Hartington, Nebraska.

The top-seeded Trojans will take on Osmond-Randolph, while 3rd seeded Crofton will face Laurel-Concord Coleridge.

Cedar Catholic will play first at 6:00 PM with Crofton to follow. Coverage for both games can be found on Riverfront Sports 94.3 FM with Tehl Tanner on the call.
