Mount Marty Men’s and Women’s Basketball have a home doubleheader this evening, as they host the Dordt Defenders inside Cimpl Arena.

Both Lancer teams are coming off of losses last time out to Jamestown, as the men fell 72 to 71, while the women lost 74 to 55. The Dordt men enter on a 2-game win streak and are receiving votes in the latest NAIA top-25 polls, while the women are undefeated in GPAC and ranked #1 in the country.

The women will play first at 6:00 PM with the men to follow. Pregame coverage on KYNT and KYNTV begins at 5:15. Tehl Tanner will be on the call.

Yankton Gazelles Basketball will host the Pierre Governors tomorrow night, inside the Summit Activities Center.

The Gazelles are 4 and 8 on the year coming off of a 56 to 35 win over Douglas last weekend.

Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 PM Thursday with pregame coverage on KYNT and KYNTV beginning at 6:30. Bryce Ladwig will be on the call.

Yankton Bucks Wrestling was defeated by Pierre in a home dual last night, with the Governors winning 73 to 4.

Chase Howe picked up the lone win of the night for the Bucks, securing a major decision over Jackson Charron at 165 pounds.

Yankton will have their final home meet of the season on Saturday, as they host the Yankton Invitational.

Yankton Gazelles Wrestling fell to Pierre 30 to 6 in their dual last night due to forfeits, as the two programs split the two matches of the night.

Jaclyn Kite picked up the victory for the Gazelles, winning by pinfall in her match at 138 pounds.

Yankton will have their final home meet of the season on Saturday, as they host the Yankton Invitational.

Mount Marty Men’s Tennis moved to 4 and 1 on the season and picked up their first win of their spring campaign last night, as they defeated Northwestern 6 to 1.

The Lancer men swept the singles portion of the dual, as Mount Marty won all 6 matches over the Red Raiders. 

Lancer Tennis is off until February 9th, when they host Concordia University in Yankton.

The Yankton Quarterback Club will host their weekly meeting at noon today at the River Rocks Center in Yankton. Today’s featured guest speaker will be Augustana University head men’s basketball coach Tom Billeter.

South Dakota Men’s Basketball will be at home tomorrow night, as they take on North Dakota in Vermillion. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 PM.

South Dakota Women’s Basketball will be on the road tomorrow, as they take on North Dakota in Grand Forks. Tipoff is set for 7:00 PM.

South Dakota State Men’s Basketball returns to the court tomorrow night, as they host North Dakota State inside Frost Arena. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 PM.

South Dakota State Women’s Basketball takes a trip to Fargo tomorrow night, as they take on the North Dakota State Bison. Tipoff is slated for 7:00 PM.
