Mount Marty Men’s Basketball returns to the hardwood tomorrow night, as they take on Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska.

The Lancers enter the contest with a 2 and 8 record, dropping their last three games in GPAC play before their break during the Christmas Holiday.

Tip-off between MMU and Bellevue is scheduled for 7:00 PM on Friday, with pregame coverage beginning at 6:30. Tehl Tanner will be on the call.

Yankton Bucks and Gazelles Basketball will end their holiday hiatus on Saturday, as they travel to Brookings for a double header with the Bobcats.

The Bucks are 0-4 on the year, dropping their last game against Aberdeen Central, 54 to 45. The Gazelles enter the game with a 2 and 3 overall record, following their loss in an overtime thriller to Aberdeen on the 21st.

The Gazelles will play first at 12:00 PM noon with the Bucks to follow. Pregame coverage on KYNT and KYNTV begins at 11:30 AM on Saturday. Bryce Ladwig will be on the call.

South Dakota Men’s Basketball begins Summit League play tomorrow night, as they take on North Dakota State in Fargo.

USD are currently on a 3 game losing streak, as they look to regain their form in conference play. NDSU are on a 2 game skid of their own, as both teams come into the contest with 7 and 6 records.

Tip-off from Fargo is set for 7:00 PM tomorrow night.

South Dakota Women’s Basketball open Summit League play tomorrow night, as they host North Dakota State inside the Sanford Coyote Sports Center.

The Coyotes finished their non-conference schedule with a 10 and 3 record, winning their last 7 games. NDSU are currently 5 and 6 on the season, but were victorious in their last game over Central Michigan.

Tip-off from Vermillion is scheduled for 7:00 PM tomorrow night.

Today is the first day that high school sports can resume in South Dakota and Nebraska following the Christmas holiday, and multiple area basketball teams are wasting no time retaking the court. All games are listed below, as the boys and girls programs from each school will face the same opponents.
