The Mount Marty Athletic Department announced yesterday the hiring of Kayla Bryant as the interim Softball Coach. Coach Bryant, who is originally from Martinsburg, TN, spent her playing career at Cincinnati Christian University. Bryant will be replacing former head coach Tate Bruckner who has resigned and taken a job outside of coaching. Bruckner had led the Lancers the past five seasons. Kayla Bryant rejoined the Mount Marty University coaching staff in January of 2021, serving as an assistant coach working with infield & hitting.
