The fourth day of the Class B South Dakota Legion State Tournament in Groton was eventful for area teams yesterday as Vermillion and Tabor squared off. Tabor effectively ended Vermillion’s season by securing the 4-3 victory. Vermillion’s season ends with a 24-6 record, and Tabor now turns their attention towards their next opponent, Redfield, for the championship at 1pm.
