Former Mount Marty head men’s basketball coach and former Augustana men’s basketball player Cody Schilling has been added to the Augustana men’s basketball staff as an assistant coach. Schilling comes back to his alma mater after years of coaching at the high school and collegiate level. Most recently, he was named the head boys’ basketball coach at a Royse City, Texas High School. The Ellsworth, Minnesota, native served as the head coach of Mount Marty for two seasons where he recruited and coached a team that won more games in the 2019-2020 season than the prior three years combined.
