The Mount Marty softball squad came within one out of upsetting 14th-ranked Morningside Sunday at Sertoma Park, but the Mustangs rallied for a 5-3 victory in eight innings and then won the nightcap 19-4 over the Lancers. On Saturday, Mount Marty swept the College of St. Mary by scores of 5-0 and 8-5. The Lancers are 17-12 on the season and tied for fifth place in the G-PAC rankings.
