Bucks Baseball Falls Short vs SF Washington

The Yankton Bucks baseball squad came up empty hosting a Class-A double-header road trip vs Sioux Falls Washington yesterday, falling short by a 9-3, and 2-0 score. A five run fourth inning became too tall a task for the Bucks in game one, despite Tristan Redman’s 6 inning, three earned run performance on the mound. In game two, Connor Teichrow continued the Bucks string of excellent pitching performances, going five innings and giving up a single earned run in the fifth, which ultimately led to the Bucks falling short in the nightcap of the double-header. The Bucks, now 2-6 overall, continue their homestand this Thursday, hosting Brandon Valley for a double-header at Riverside Field.
