Mount Marty University sophomore infielder Emma Burns of Rapid City has been named the GPAC Softball Player of the Week. Burns batted .563 last weekend with two home runs, two triples and two doubles along with five RBI’s as the Lancers took three of four games to start the conference schedule. Mount Marty has a softball doubleheader coming up at Hastings College on Saturday.
