The Yankton Bucks wrestling squad placed 23rd at the Class A state tournament in Rapid City. Tucker Bahm won the only medal for the Bucks as he took fourth place at 120 pounds and ended his senior season with a 22-6 record. Brandon Valley won the Class A championship and Canton won their fourth consecutive Class B wrestling title. In the first-ever South Dakota Girls Wrestling state meet, Yankton Gazelles sophomore Neveah Leonard won a state title at 131 pounds.
