The University of South Dakota women’s basketball team swept two games from North Dakota this weekend by 9 and 17 point margins. Senior Hannah Sherven averaged 19 points and 11 rebounds per game as the Coyotes moved to 12-5 overall and an 8-2 record in the Summit League.
The USD men’s basketball squad lost two games at North Dakota this weekend by scores of 85-76 and 85-81. A-J Plitzuweit totaled 61 points for the Coyotes in the two games as they dropped into a first place tie in the Summit League.
