The Crofton girls downed Guardian Angels 60-48 to win the Mid-State Conference tournament in a battle of the top two seeded teams in Class C-2 in Nebraska. Lacey Sprakel led the Lady Warriors with 17 points and 11 rebounds as they raised their season record to 18-3 overall. Hartington Cedar Catholic outscored Norfolk Catholic 66-60 to finish third in the Mid-State Conference boys tourney. Cedar Catholic is now 13-5 and seeded seventh among Class C-2 boys teams.
