The Yankton Bucks basketball team scored 25 consecutive points in the first half and rolled past Sturgis 64-15 on Saturday. Matthew Mors led Yankton with 13 points as the Bucks shot 52 percent from the floor in raising their season record to 10-2 overall.
Sturgis defeated Yankton 38-29 in the girls game on Saturday. Kate Beeman paced the Gazelles with 11 points as their record dropped to 1-9 this season. The Gazelles will host Brookings on Tuesday.
