The Yankton Gazelles gymnastics squad scored a season-best 139.1 last night to edge Madison by one point and finish 10 points ahead of the host Huron Tigers. Yankton juniors Alison Johnson and Callie Boomsma finished one-two in the All-Around competition last night. The Gazelles will have their final home gymnastics meet next Monday when they face Sioux Falls O’Gorman.
The Yankton Bucks wrestling squad will compete in the River City Rumble all day tomorrow in Chamberlain, while the Gazelles and Bucks basketball teams will play in a doubleheader Saturday afternoon at Sturgis.
