University of South Dakota senior Stanley Umude has been named the Summit League Men’s Athlete of the Month for December. Umude averaged over 24 points and 7 rebounds per game for the Coyotes and shot 53 percent from the field in December.
South Dakota State senior Myah Selland was given the Summit League Female Athlete of the Month Award. Selland averaged 19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists per game last month for the Jackrabbits.
