The Yankton Gazelles basketball squad led after one quarter, but unbeaten Brandon Valley pulled away last night for a 57-42 victory. Junior Ellie Karolevitz scored 30 points for Yankton, the most by a Gazelles player in nearly six years. Yankton is now 1-3 and will play at Sioux Falls O’Gorman Tuesday night.
