The Doane Tigers edged Mount Marty 67-66 last night in the women’s basketball contests at the Cimpl Arena. The Lancers missed three shots in the final minute as neither team scored a point in the last minute and 45 seconds. Senior Karlee McKinney led Mount Marty with 20 points, while sophomore Bailey Kortan added 10 points and 5 assists. The Lancers are 3-6 overall and will host Dordt on Saturday at noon in the women’s game, followed by the men’s contest at 2:00.
