Dakota Wesleyan held off Mount Marty 78-66 Saturday afternoon in GPAC men’s basketball at the Cimpl Arena. The Tigers raced to a 16-point halftime lead, the Lancers cut the margin to three points twice in the second half but could get no closer. Mason Larson scored 23 points in the first half and led Dakota Wesleyan with 29 points. Jailen Billings poured in 27 points for Mount Marty, while Elijah Pappas added 11 points and 15 rebounds. The Lancers are 6-6 overall and will host Doane University in a 6:00 contest Wednesday night in Yankton.
