The South Dakota High School Volleyball State Tournaments began yesterday with the top seeds all winning first-round matches. The semifinals in Class AA tonight match unbeaten Sioux Falls O’Gorman against Sioux Falls Washington followed by Huron taking on Sioux Falls Roosevelt. The Class A semis this evening pit number-one Sioux Falls Christian against Hamlin, and then Dakota Valley takes on Parker. In the Class B volleyball tourney tonight, top-ranked Northwestern plays Colman-Egan followed by Chester against Warner.
