The City of Yankton is in the process of putting together an e-bike ordinance.
City Manager, Amy Leon, says the committee putting the ordinance together is being led by Yankton Police Chief, Jason Foote, Parks and Rec Director, Todd Larson, and City Attorney, Ross Den Herder.
City Commissioners Ben Brunick and Dave Carda were added to the committee at Monday’s commission meeting to get the commission’s perspective on an e-bike ordinance.
