Interchange was a long-standing organization in Yankton that made the decision to dissolve earlier this year.
Paula Tacke and Rose Hauger were former Interchange Board Members.
Tacke says when the organization originally formed, it was designed for women to be able to network and share professional development opportunities.
Hauger says the main reason they chose to dissolve Interchange was due to dwindling membership.
Interchange formed in 1984, lasting 42 years in the Yankton Community.
