On Tuesday night, the Yankton County Commission considered the property tax relief by issuing a one-half of one present sales tax due to Senate Bill 96.

Commission Chair John Marquardt says that he would not be in favor at this time…
No action was taken as the Commission is required to publish that they will consider this ordinance before taking any action.
