Habitat for Humanity of Clay and Yankton Counties just broke ground on two new homes in Vermillion.
Executive Director, Cindy Erlandson, says they help hopeful homeowners with affordable housing through sweat equity.
Erlandson says the new homes will be on Baylor Street in Vermillion.
Erlandson says they’re accepting applications for both homes through August 15th. Applications can be sent via email at info@habitatclayyankton.org
