On Tuesday night at the Elks Club, Yankton Thrive hosted an Education Forum about three topics before the Yankton County Commission.
Over two and a half hours the three topics discussed were: Senate Bill 96 for property tax relief; the County Road and Bridge Levy; and Data Centers.
