The Yankton Police Department is investigating a string of vehicle burglaries.
Assistant Chief of Police, Monty Rothenberger, says they’re investigating a total of 22 burglaries that have occurred in May.
Rothenberger says they did arrest a suspect in the thefts that occurred in April.
Rothenberger advises community members to lock their vehicles and avoid leaving valuables in vehicles.
