The Mount Marty Lancers dropped their first game of the GPAC Baseball Tournament to Concordia last night, 4-1.
Cooper Milnarik drove in Tyler Vance for the lone run of the game for the Lancers. Palmer Jacobs took the loss on the mound, allowing one earned run over four innings pitched.
The Lancers will take on Morningside in an elimination game at 3:00 PM this afternoon. Pregame coverage on KYNT begins at 2:30 with Tehl Tanner.

Concordia Pod (Sherman Park – Lincoln, NE):
- #6 Dakota Wesleyan defeated #3 Morningside 12-9.
- #2 Concordia defeated #7 Mount Marty 4-1.
Doane Pod (Doane Ballfield Complex – Crete, NE):
- #4 Briar Cliff defeated #5 Northwestern 5-3.
- #8 Hastings upset #1 Doane 7-5.

Yankton Bucks Tennis travels to Watertown today for a Class AA triangular against the Arrows and Brookings.
Yankton will take on Watertown first at 10:00 AM, before rounding out the day against Brookings at noon.
Matches will be held at Highland Park.
Yankton Gazelles Golf travels to Brandon tomorrow for a varsity invitational at Brandon Golf Course.
Yankton will face off against Brandon Valley, Harrisburg, and O’Gorman during the event.
Tee time is scheduled for 9:00 AM on Friday.
Yankton Gazelles Softball travels to Sioux Falls on Friday for a pair of games at Sherman Park.
Yankton will take on Dakota Valley first at 10:00 AM, before ending the day against Sioux Falls Christian at 5:30 PM.
Both games will be held on Field D at Sioux Falls Sherman Park.
Yankton Track and Field has a busy weekend ahead, starting with a pair of competitions tomorrow.
Their first competition of the day begins at 9:00 AM with an invitational at Bishop O’Gorman High School.
Yankton will also have athletes compete in the Howard Wood Relays at Howard Wood Field. Day one of the two-day event begins at 1:00 PM tomorrow.
