The Mount Marty Lancers are 7th in the team standings after the opening day of the GPAC Men’s Golf Tournament in Dakota Dunes.
The Lancers shot a two-round total of 638. Wout Kerkhofs leads the team individually, as he ended the opening day tied for 18th, shooting 77 and 78 in the first two rounds.
The tournament is set to conclude today.
Yankton Bucks Baseball is set to host the O’Gorman Knights this afternoon in a doubleheader at Riverside Field.

Yankton Gazelles Golf has their first home competition of the season today, as they host a quadrangular at Fox Run Golf Course.
Yankton will face Brandon Valley, Brookings, and Harrisburg during the event. Tee time is set for 10:00 AM.
Yankton Track and Field travels to Brandon today for a five-team competition at Brandon Valley High School.
Field events are scheduled to begin at 3:30 PM, with running events starting at 4:00.
Yankton Bucks Tennis hosts Sioux Falls Washington this afternoon for a varsity dual.
Matches are scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM at the Yankton High School Tennis Courts.
Yankton Gazelles Softball returns home tonight to host the Brandon Valley Lynx in Class AA play.
First pitch from Sertoma Park in Yankton is scheduled for 6:00 PM.
