The Yankton Bucks and Gazelles host O’Gorman tonight in a Class AA Boys and Girls Basketball Doubleheader.
Both Yankton squads are looking to bounce back after losses to Sioux Falls Jefferson last Tuesday.

The Mount Marty Lancers host the Hastings Broncos tomorrow night in a GPAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Doubleheader.
The Lancer men are currently tied with Concordia for 2nd in the GPAC with a 9-5 league record.
The Lancer women are tied for 6th in the conference with Doane, but the Tigers do own the tiebreaker after going 2-0 against the Lancers this season.

Yankton Gazelles Gymnastics defeated O’Gorman last night 129.7 to 127.9 at Power and Grace Gymnastics in Sioux Falls.
Burkley Olson claimed the top spot in the all-around competition with a 33.25. Marrissa Byrkeland placed 1st in both the floor exercise (8.9) and the vault (8.65). Ellie Drotzmann would tie for 1st on the bars with a pair of O’Gorman athletes at 8.1.
Next up for the Gazelles is the ESD Conference Championship meet on Saturday in Aberdeen.
Mount Marty Head Men’s Basketball Coach Collin Authier and Head Football Coach John Michaletti will be the featured guest speakers at tomorrow’s Yankton Quarterback Club meeting.
The meeting will be held at the River Rock Event Center beginning a noon. A meal will be available for purchase starting at 11:15. The public is invited to attend.
The Mount Marty Lancers have been picked to finish 5th in the GPAC Baseball Preseason poll after a GPAC Tournament Championship appearance last season.
The Concordia Bulldogs were picked 1st after their regular-season championship last year. Defending tournament champions Briar Cliff were picked just ahead of MMU in 4th.
The Lancers open their baseball season on February 7th against Mount Mercy in Omaha, Nebraska.

Yankton will face Tea first at 5:00 PM before facing Huron. A rolling schedule will be used with matches held at Huron Arena.
South Dakota Coyotes Women’s Basketball returns home tomorrow night to host the St. Thomas Tommies.
Tip-off from the Sanford Coyote Sports Center in Vermillion is scheduled for 7:00 PM Wednesday evening.
