South Dakota Chamber President Previews Legislative Session

South Dakota’s new Chamber President Ryan Budmayr was in Yankton Tuesday to give a preview of the upcoming legislative session.

Budmayr says the 2026 election and Governor Larry Rhoden’s budget proposal will loom over the upcoming session.

Budmayr says there were two things that stood out to him about Rhoden’s budget.

The 2026 South Dakota Legislative Session begins January 13^th.
