Yankton’s longtime Community and Economic Development Director is calling it a career after over 30 years.
Dave Mingo, who has been with the City of Yankton since 1993, says that he is planning on moving closer to family in retirement.
Mingo says the thing he will miss most about Yankton is the people.
Brad Bies, who has been with the City of Yankton for thirteen years, is taking over as the next Community and Economic Development Director.
