The Yankton Community Library is in the middle of their third annual costume swap.
Library Director, Dana Schmidt, says that participants can donate clean and gently-used Halloween costumes and holiday clothing at the library until October 4th.
Schmidt says that they will then open the swap store beginning October 5th.
