The Yankton Bucks and Gazelles will host the Tea Area Titans tonight for a boys’ and girls’ basketball doubleheader in Yankton.
Both Yankton squads are coming off losses on Tuesday at the hands of the Sioux Falls Christian Chargers.

Mount Marty Women’s Basketball wraps up their regular season tomorrow afternoon, as they take on the College of Saint Mary.
The Lancers enter with a 9-12 GPAC record, which includes an 82-58 win over the Flames in December.

Yankton Gazelles Wrestling placed 4th as a team last night at the Region 2 Tournament, hosted by Elk Point-Jefferson.
The Gazelles claimed two individual championships, as Alexis Brenden was 1st at 120, and Winry Yaggie placed 1st at 145. Also for the Gazelles, Chloe Caton finished third at 115, and Jaclyn Kyte placed fourth at 135.
The top four finishers in their respective weight classes qualified for the state tournament, which will be held in Sioux Falls from February 26th through 28th.
Yankton Bucks Wrestling travels to Harrisburg today for a regional tournament at Harrisburg High School. Matches are scheduled to begin at 3:30 PM.
The Wynot Blue Devils and the Bloomfield Bees have both won their respective girls’ basketball subdistricts, earning a spot in the district finals.
Wynot defeated Wausa in the finals of Subdistrict D2-5, 54-36, while Bloomfield defeated Plainview 59-36 to be crowned champions of Subdistrict D1-5.
Also in subdistrict play, the Cedar Catholic Trojans fell to Bancroft-Rosalie 55-47 in the finals of D1-4.
South Dakota Coyotes Men’s Basketball dropped their second straight game last night, losing to Denver 90-70.
Cameron Fens recorded a double-double in the loss, leading USD in points with 22 and rebounds with 10.
The Coyotes are back in action tomorrow, taking on Oral Roberts in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Tip-off is set for 7:00 PM.
South Dakota Coyotes Women’s Basketball extended their winning streak to 6 straight last night with a 69-66 victory over Omaha.
Coyote Senior and Rapid City Central graduate Josie Hill reached a career milestone in the win, eclipsing 1,000 career points at the college level.
The Coyotes will host North Dakota State on Saturday for Senior Day. Tip-off from Vermillion is set for 1:00 PM.
South Dakota State Men’s Basketball returns home on Saturday to host North Dakota. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:00 PM.
South Dakota State Women’s Basketball edged out Oral Roberts last night in a high-scoring affair, 95-93 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
SDSU’s Brooklyn Meyer set a new career-high with 44 points in the win. Madison Mathiowetz followed with 23 points.
The Jackrabbits travel to Denver on Saturday for their next game. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:00 PM Central/1:00 PM Mountain.
