Avera Sacred Heart Hospital and Lewis and Clark Behavioral Health Services broke ground on the Park Haven Learning and Recovery Center on Monday.
Dr. Tom Stanage, the CEO of Lewis and Clark Behavioral Health Services, says the facility will serve women, including pregnant mothers and mothers with children, dealing with substance abuse issues.
Stanage says the name for the facility, which was revealed Monday, was a collaborative effort.
The 18-bed facility will be located at 409 Summit Street.
