U.S. Representative Approves of New Prison

U.S. Representative Dusty Johnson says he approves of the new state penitentiary that was passed by South Dakota lawmakers last week.

Johnson praised the legislators that voted for the new prison.

The new $650 million prison will be built in northeast Sioux Falls, and will house 1,500 beds.
