New Traffic Signs to be Added Near Trailhead Learning Center

The City of Yankton is taking steps to improve traffic safety ahead of the Trailhead Learning Center’s first year in operation.

Public Works Director Adam Haberman says, the city anticipates heavier traffic in the area and wants to be proactive with changes to nearby intersections.

Haberman says the updates are for the safety of both motorists and pedestrians.

City Commissioners approved the resolution outlining these changes at their meeting on July 14th.
