A new library might be in the cards for Yankton in the near future.
Yankton City Manager, Amy Leon says the next step would be a concept plan or study to develop what a new library in Yankton could look like.
Leon says a new library would be a big project for Yankton.
Leon says they would need to develop a concept plan and figure out the potential cost before moving forward with any plans for a new library.
