Cory Folkers has been named the latest Avera DAISY Award recipient.
The DAISY Award is a quarterly nurse recognition program that celebrates the care that nurses provide.
Folkers, who has been a registered nurse at Avera Sacred Heart for 15 years, says that she is honored to be a DAISY Award recipient.
Folkers was nominated by a patient that went through a difficult pregnancy.
