As the winter season is approaching, Yankton Parks and Rec is in the process of closing things down in the Yankton Parks System.
Luke Youmans, the Yankton Parks and Rec Events Coordinator, says that includes restrooms and drinking fountains.
Youmans says that he advises that those heading to the parks in the coming weeks should plan accordingly.
