Two Bucks Win First Round Wrestling Matches at State

The Yankton Bucks advanced two wrestlers into the quarter-finals today with first round victories at the state tournament in Rapid City.  Tucker Bahm at 120 pounds and 220-pound Zavier Leonard each won by decision in their quest for medals at the state meet which continues through the finals Saturday night.read more »

Nebraska HS Boys and Girls Playoff Basketball

The South Dakota high school wrestling state tournament begins today and runs through Saturday at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center in Rapid City.  The Yankton Bucks have wrestlers Tucker Baym, Zavier Leonard, and Will Pavlish competing in the state meet, while Nevaeh Leonard is a top-seed for Yankton in the girls state tournament.read more »

Nebraska Boys BB Sub-District Title Games Tonight

Reifenrath and Weideman Win Summit League Honors

University of South Dakota freshman Sara Reifenrath of Hartington was named the Summit League Women’s track Athlete of the Week for a third time this season.  Reifenrath ran a 24.38 in winning the 200-meter dash last weekend.  Reifenrath leads the Summit League in times for both the 200 and 400 dashes. Hartington CC Rolls Past Crofton in Boys Sub-District
