With the start of classes at Mount Marty University only about a month away, faculty and staff are preparing for the new school year against the backdrop of the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic.
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, President Marc Long says faculty is tasked with having to create lesson plans both for students in the classroom and some who are not.
Long says to avoid having the possible transmission of COVID 19 on campus during the holidays, classes for the fall semester will wrap up by Thanksgiving.
Long says with close to nine hundred students enrolled this fall throughout the Mount Marty University system, the school is closing in on its’ enrollment goals.
Mount Marty University is nearing completion of its’ new Ruth Donohoe First Dakota Fieldhouse that includes a seventy-four-thousand-square-foot event space.
