YMEA & CNA Camp Recognition

A recognition ceremony was held Friday for the thirty one area high school students who participated in this year’s Yankton Manufacturing & Entrepreneurial Academy & Certified Nursing Assistant Camp hosted by RTEC.

Keynote speaker for the event US Representative Dusty Johnson says through experiences such as this one these young people are developing the skills that will help them create the future.

Johnson says these students are demonstrating a level of initiative that sets them apart from their peers.

Students attending this year’s academy were from Yankton, Wagner, Vermillion, Gayville-Volin, Bon Homme and Irene-Wakonda High Schools.
