Winter weather moved into the region late Wednesday night with snowfall and high winds.
The National Weather Service says 2 to 4 inches of snow combined with northwest winds of 30 to 40 miles an hour caused for dangerous travel conditions.
Southeast South Dakota and northeast Nebraska is in a Winter Weather Advisory until 9:00 on this Thursday morning.
