Fourth place finisher Commission Chairman Todd Woods says the race revolved around livestock CAFO’s and infrastructure needs, issues that the new commission will have to work on.
Overall in Yankton County there were just over 9,000 ballots cast from 13,740 registered voters for a turnout of 66.1%.
